General housekeeping task; greeting, receiving and check in/out the guest; giving information about Iceland and Vik og Myrdal area;preparing and/or serving diner in the restaurant; assisting in all activities that happening in the guesthouse
Explaining the menu and answering any question regarding the menu and the cocktails list, taking the order from the customers, bringing their chosen dishes and drinks, making the bill/check and at the end clearing the table and prepare it for the next customers. I also provided some info about Crete if the time allow it.
Keeping track of all the expenses and having a clear balance, payment of salary in time and reward system, bank statement, updating new release of taxes legislation
