Descrierea jobului: • Managing a team of International Trade Specialists; • Motivating, animating and coaching the team in order to achieve the goals; • Developing and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment; • Building and maintaining a professional relationship with the clients; • Monitoring and measuring the results and providing necessary feedback to the team; • Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through own example of conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.

Requirements

Candidatul ideal: • Strong communication and negotiation skills; • Excellent ability to establish quality business relations with customers; • Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs; • Experience in coordinating commercial teams and work based on both quantitative and qualitative objectives; • Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude; • Fluency in verbal and written English - minimum B2; • Knowledge of French can be considered as in advantage; • Knowledge of PC tools: MS office, SAP/CRM (advantage)
