We are currently experiencing phenomenal International Growth. We have just opened an office in Berlin and this is also expanding. We are therefore looking for a Business Development Executive to work from our Berlin Office. Role Background: Reporting to the Business Development Manager in the mgi recruitment headquarters in Dublin, As Business Development Executive you play a Major part in the development of new and existing partnerships globally. This will include new and existing business development, managing the sales process from lead generation, through negotiating contracts, to deal closure and relationship development. You will be expected to train in our head office in Dublin before being stationed in our Berlin office (4-6 Weeks). This role offers the opportunity to travel and build global connections. Business Development Executives Responsibilities: • Market research – As a Business Development Executive you will have access to the Research and Development team to conduct research of Clients and Potential Markets on your behalf. • Formulation of strategy – Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction. • Marketing and advertising and promotion planning- working directly with independent Advertising Team. • Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison. • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims. • Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according market development strategy. • Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. • Attend and present at external customer meetings internationally. • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. • Record, analyze, report and administer according to mgi recruitment systems and requirements. Remuneration Package: • Earn up to 35 - 40k Basic DOE (Depending on Experience) and Commission (100k OTE) • 24 days paid holidays and 9 Public Holidays • Paid Business Travel to International Destinations • On-going Sales Training (Internal and External) • Monday to Friday • Health Insurance and Pension Contribution If you're interested in this role, please send your CV and Cover Letter to Oonagh Miller Operations Manager. Person Specification: • Fluent German – Native is necessary • 2-3+ year Business to Business sales experience • Good educational history (degree preferred) • Willingness to learn and flexibility • Ability to ‘think on your feet’ and adapt quickly to meet Business Needs • Proven experience of meeting and achieving targets. • Interest and knowledge of International Business and Recruitment Essential to succeed in this role.
