DENUMIREA COMPLETA A POSTULUI: INGINER CONSTRUCTII LINII ELECTRICE TRANSPORT FEROVIAR. VA RUGAM SA CITITI CU ATENTIE FISA POSTULUI SI SA NU APLICATI DACA NU INTRUNITI CONDITIILE CERUTE. URMEAZA DESCRIEREA POSTULUI IN LIMBA ENGLEZA: Construction Duties Include:- Ensure up to date design register and complete set of design documents on site with procedure for notifying and issuing revisions. Manage the Change Control Procedure to monitor design changes or site requested changes. Establish procedure for carrying out routine tests and quality checks during installation. Ensure a procedure is in place to identify and deal with non-conformances on site. Establish procedure for ensuring all site activities are carried out safely, in accordance with HSE legislation and NR safety standards are complied with. Ensure approved Method Statements are available on site and all installation activities are monitored for compliance. Establish a procedure for recording site queries, variations and issuing site instructions. Establish a reporting regime for monitoring progress, quality, safety and commercial issues arising on site including running weekly site meetings to review progress, set targets in accordance with overall programme. Check and accept civil works as complete and ready for hand over to installation contractors for commencement of work. Ensure site activities comply with companies Environmental Policy. Liaise with installation contractors and third parties for any special lift or access requirements for heavy plant. Ensure Site Engineers are fully briefed, competent and in control of daily site activities. Commissioning Duties Include:- Customising and final approval of Procedures and Method Statements prepared by installation Contractors for the Commissioning of equipment. Produce and maintain procedures for acceptance by the relevant parties, for commissioning new substations and ancillary equipment onto the Network Rail infrastructure. Ensuring commissioning tests are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures with results witnessed/certified. Ensuring that the commissioning is carried out safely and in accordance with the Method Statements, Network Rail HV Permit requirements and appropriate standards. Agree testing schedules with Contractors and witness tests at assembly works Liaison with Network Rail Test Section, Electric Control Rooms, SCADA Contractor, S&T, NGC and other third parties for the execution of commissioning and testing across interfaces. Ensure commissioning staff are fully briefed and competent to supervise and undertake commissioning activities. Ensure that all contractors commissioning staff are fully briefed and competent to carry out their duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: MUST BE A GRADUATE OF A RAIL TRANSPORT ASSOCIATED DISCIPLINE AND CIVIL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW SUCCESSFUL COMPLETED WORK IN THE ROMANIA OR OVERSEAS RAIL INDUSTRY. E4XPEREINCE OF MINIMUM 5 YEARS -Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function -Delivers activities to support operational objectives for their role -Inputs to planning activities with horizons of typically up to 6 months -Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience -Interacts with client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables -Supports delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards -Supervises the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility -Focus of work on the completion of a set of related tasks for a particular section or service with the ability to accommodate new tasks Financial Accountabilities : -Identifies ways to reduce cost -Work within a given budget, usually without authorised spend of their own People Accountabilities : -Required to supervise a small team -Co-ordinates available resource to deal with the work in hand -Required to assist less experienced staff -Undertakes the performance reviews and provides training recommendations -Responsible for performance management issues and recommending disciplinary actions. Knowledge and Applied Skills : -Working knowledge of one functional area through job experience & training -Likely to have 2-5 years business experience, be a minimum part-qualified professional, and have a Certificate Level of Qualification as a minimum.
