JOB CATEGORY * Administration JOB DESCRIPTION Company is recognised as the leading power consultancy in the world. A large part of our business focuses on the development of renewable projects (wind, solar, wave/ tidal, bioenergy, carbon). Owing to significantly increased demand from our existing and potential clients a role has arisen for additional support with our proposals and marketing team. RESPONSIBILITIES * Enter new job prospects into our prospects tracker (Group Prospect Tracker); * Extract and update 'GPT' reports; * Organise bid decision meetings; * Assist in the preparation and production of proposals; * Provide employee experience lists, internal CV's and a summary 'golden paragraph' for each CV; * Format CV's to the Company standard; * Creation of outlines for ''Expression of Interests' (EOI's) and proposals using our template * Formatting of bid documents to standard; * Preparation of bids for e-mailing to the client (pdf) or printing and shipping to the client; * Coordinating documents and coordinating with the print and mail room; * Uploading of EOI's/proposals to websites; * Procurement notice searches as needed; * Marketing assistance; * Provision of promotional material (slides, flyers, project sheets); * Updating of projects and contacts databases; * Other reasonable and normal duties associated with a Marketing/ Proposal Assistant role. This would suit candidates interested in or from a marketing or recruitment support background.
