Data-centric – Strong quantitative skills and PC proficiency (excel knowledge Purpose of the Position: • Hiring process & methodology validation, process improvements, adherence management • Hiring Metrics ownership & reporting • Internal customer interface for new process wrap-up • Recruitment of high-end skilled profiles Description of the Main Tasks and Responsibilities: • Recruitment background (min. 1 year relevant experience) • Good English language skills (Reading, writing, listening, oral and understanding) • One or more of the following European language will be an asset– German / French / Spanish / Italian
