ROLE * The Business Development Manager within the Industry and Facilities Division of the Middle East Region will be in charge of the development, promotion and sales of all business lines in Company country office. * The Business development Manager is a high-level commercial in charge of developing business with large accounts/ projects according to local/ Regional opportunities or according to Commercial Actions Plan defined during Work-Shops. TASKS - ACTIVITIES - RESPONSIBILITIES The tasks of the Business Development Manager will include, but are not limited to: * Identify, Implement and follow up commercial strategy and Action Plan for the development of the Business Unit in consultation with CCE; * Responsible for reaching sales target objectives as set by CCE/ Regional Management * Ensure profitability is in Line with set objectives; * Develop and promote Company services to customers; * Contribute to the growth of the Business Unit by securing major contracts with key customers, and increasing sales; * Reinforce and increase client portfolio, in particular Key Accounts and Large Projects; * Develop the services in the country, initiate and follow up commercial actions and sales, follow up relations with clients, preparation of technical and financial offers and contracts, contract negotiation with clients, etc.; * Ensure delivery of services to Key Accounts and follow up Key Accounts satisfaction; * Manages the sales force team : training, definition of sales objectives, incentives policy, back office organization , evaluation of need for recruitment and evaluation of candidates, etc.; * Market studies: gather and analyses commercial information, recommendations to BU Managers ; * Preparation and transmission of activity reports and KPI’s to the country Chief Executive and to the Regional management; * Coordination with the regional management for the development of the country. REPORTING LINE * The Business Development Manager will report to the Country Chief Executive.
CANDIDATES PROFILES * BS or MS in Engineering, Masters in Business Marketing is a plus; * More than 10 years experience including at least 5 in Business Development Position in a cross-cultural environment in the Oil and Gas Market in the GCC; * Required skills: Strong commercial drive, customer oriented, market driven, organizational skills, capacity to work under pressure, result oriented, problem solving, written and verbal communication, ability to work and manage cross-functional teams.
