ROLE * The CER Manager implements the department objectives and strategy for the country as defined by the CCE and aligned with the BL Leadership Group’s strategy. Locally develop, define and communicate BL’ vision and action, objectives and strategy for the market segment; * Contributes to rapid growth objective of the company through development and win of major contracts with key industrial customers; * Contributes to the implementation of the new business model based on long term service contract, project management and customer orientation focus; * Through his creativity and his customer driven approach, he is able to generate profitable new contracts to the business unit; * Monitors country for “proximity” bidding opportunities to expand certification and training business and creates sustained business in the country; * Is fully involved and participates in target valuation in case of acquisition. TASKS, ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Commercial Duties * Develops its line of business with the object to identifying the potential market, its tendencies, the competitors and the resources available, operating all the necessary sources of information and developing the commercial law actions; * Manages and co-ordinates the management of Key Accounts, if any; * Manages all market and competitors information; * Plays the role of the commercial interface with clients. Implements the Company Group and BL procedures; * Manages the operational manager, technical manager and sales and marketing manager for certification and training activities in the country in terms of commercial development and operational excellence. Product and Market Development * Takes part in the strategic choices of the company to develop specific market at group level, as well as developing skills; * Leads strategic choices and launches new products at country level; * Acts as marketing service and competence centre for starting countries as well as for global sales activities; * Knows in depth the clients in its country, their needs, expectation and their level of satisfaction as well as our increasing potential business in each one of them, developing the contacts and the necessary analysis; * Develops and maintains project estimating database to ensure consistency in estimations and in developing a history of estimating data for future projects; * Gathers information from operational manager and sales & marketing manager to build plans and forecasts for the business, to run workshops, scenarios and interpret results. Ensures product development and product lifecycle management. * Contributes to reengineering of production/sales processes to maximise REG. Management and Co-ordination * Manages the operational certification and training team of the country in terms of commercial development, management of certification and training services, including people management and training; * Follows up the financial operational results of the activity. Relays information and is the focal point between the country and the department for the managed activity; * Ensures the proper transmission of information within the business line leadership group, including training, procedure or explanation as necessary; * Makes people contribute to knowledge management and best practices sharing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE * Male/ Female; * University degree in engineering or business administration; * Military service completed for male candidates; * Mobile; * Driving Licence; * Knowledge of word, excell, power point; * Minimum 15 years job experience. TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS * Industrial experience; * Minimum 15 years job experience.
