• Answering all incoming calls as quickly as possible • Ensuring all calls and emails that you have dealt with are seen through to conclusion • Ensuring all tasks are dealt with according to procedure, including but not exclusive to declined cards, awaiting acknowledgements, kick outs, supplier queries • Ensuring all open bookings have a flag assigned to them in the system • Ensuring all potential losses on bookings are authorised by the call centre manager before any offer is made to the client • Any other reasonable requests from the Call Centre Manager


Requirements: -dynamic person; -Knowledge of dutch– advanced level; -Knowledge of English – advanced level; -Superior studies represent an advantage.
