• Maintaining and enhancing good business relationships with agents, consumers and suppliers through calls; • Providing assistance as requested to the Team Leader, Call Centre Manager or Operations Manager; • Maintaining a commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer call service; • Ensuring all tasks are dealt with according to procedure, including but not exclusive to declined cards, awaiting acknowledgements, kick outs, supplier queries; • Ensuring all potential losses on bookings are authorised by the call centre manager before any offer is made to the client; • Answering all incoming calls as quickly as possible; • Ensuring all calls and emails that you have dealt with are seen through to conclusion.

Cerinte

Requirements: -Dynamic person; -Knowledge of Norwegian – advanced level; -Knowledge of English – advanced level; -Superior studies represent an advantage;
