Administer and implement the organization’s compensation and benefit policies and procedures for several countries in EMEA, in line with the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. Liaise with functional or operational area specialists to develop and implement local compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization’s overall reward strategy. Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop compensation budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization’s reward strategy. Be a successful part of an international team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the organization’s reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
At least 4 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits position Regional / Multi-country responsibilities are a plus Experience in job grading is a must Employment cost planning and monitoring experience is a must Capacity to cope with very sensitive & confidential information Analytical mindset with strong result oriented attitude Effective communication skills and enthusiastic seller of ideas Fluency in English .
