This role is task orientated with a high volume of inbound and outbound call handling expected; The primary focus of the Operator is to deliver at all times a high level of customer service; Proactively handles multiple tasks, ensures professional support, supplies correct and relevant information to customers and experts; Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in - english is a must; Experience at least 2 years in service sector or in call center, preferably in a multinational or a big local company - will be a great plus; the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff; ready to work within a team of people; Strong business understanding, self-confident and proactive attitude; active listening abilities; troubleshooting skills, highly communicative, capable to work under stress, organized; computer literate: Microsoft Office.
