Responsibilities: • Engaging in customer queries and problems, via telephone/email/ live chat • Problem solving and using analytical tools to resolve technical customer queries • Report generating to upper management regarding systems and programs • Ability to navigate company website in order to provide accurate and timely response to customer queries • Recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff • Deal with confidential data • Take personal ownership of each and every customer until complete resolution of their enquiry • Be able to set customer expectations quickly • Display a positive company image at all times Please send me your Skype ID with your application.

Cerinte

Requirements: • Native, close to native German and fluent English • Customer Service experience would be an advantage • Quick learner • Excellent communication skills
