For our client, based in Cape Town, we are looking for Dutch speakers with good communication skills for an open position as Customer Service Agent (Dutch) Job description: • Answer Customers’ enquires (inbound calls) • Make the Customers feel cared and well-informed • Assist Customers during the length of the program • Enlist new members by explaining the program and various services • Handle Customers’ complaints • Increase members retention • Make decisions regarding accounts closure or refunds We will offer you an attractive salary and an interesting relocation package plus other benefits

Cerinte

We are looking for a smart candidate who can offer: • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch • English Advanced/ Proficiency Level. • Previous experience in a customer service • Experience in database / customer management systems including excellent attention to detail when inputting and collating information • Excellent telephone manner including competent questioning skills • Experience of working to a high quality assurance standard within a target driven environment
