As a Customer Support Representative you will be communicating with customers, using inbound and outbound chat, email and phone; providing technical assistance for products, websites, software, etc.; answering customer queries in timely and professional manner. We are looking for a proactive, friendly and communicative person. You don’t have to worry if you don’t have previous experience in working with clients, the company will train you. On the other hand, if you do have experience, you have the chance to expand it, with the help of the team. Requirements for the position are: -Excellent command of Italian (verbal and written) -Good command of English. -Willing to develop in a client focused environment. -Proactive, friendly and communicative. -Passionate person, looking for a career.
