Position Summary Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction and quality by answering customer calls, processing and managing customer orders, service requests, technical assistance requests, quotes, order status, repair/exchange processing, follow up resolution, and online inquiries. Responsibilities • Managing all incoming phone calls, emails, and web requests; • Creation, management, and dispatch of all Technical Assistance Center, Service, and Order Service Requests via Siebel and SAP; • Creation of activities for service, preventative maintenance, technical assistance requests; • Proactive communication and standardized follow up for customer inquiries; • Service Request Management creation, maintenance, dispatch, quality, and closure.
Requirements • Fluent to native speaking in English and German; • High attention to detail; • Excellent communication/phone skills; • Excellent time management and organizational skills; • Microsoft Office experience.
