What is the role? As a Danish Customer Service Agent you are the point of contact for clients. You will be answering calls and solving issues on a day to day basis using a number of interview techniques and the available product information. As an individual and member of the Danish team you will be responsible for keeping our customers satisfied. You will work within in an exciting and highly motivated professional environment and give technical support to Danish customers about the products. Who is our client? Who are we looking for? We are actually looking for Danish speakers who have also a good level of English. The Danish Agreement Administration Advisor Provide support for customers and requires good communication skills in Danish. (Written and spoken). If you have also good PC skill it will be great.
