Responsibilities: • Provide remote technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance related to the products • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair IT issues • Document and verify reported problems • Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation • Provide effective and consistent communication to management, peers and account team in support of customer • Take ownership for front line service and support to internal and external customers • Provide work support and guidance to other team members If you will successful with the phone interviews the company will invite you for 1-2 days to Bucharest. You will have the chance to meet your team and experience the city!
