Based in Cork, we support customers all over the world with regards to level 1 and level 2 IT helpdesk support. You will be joining a dynamic team of experienced specialists and you will be trained extensively in all aspects of the role before dealing with our customers. We have a strong desire for multi-lingual candidates, so if you speak any other languages other than English (and your native tongue of course!), you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in dealing with customers from multiple countries across the globe. Purpose of the Role The purpose of the role is to provide resolution to Helpdesk service requests within a timely manner and to demonstrate technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing technical support and problems solving abilities. - Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints. - Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution. - Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly. - Assist in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk. - Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements - Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values. - Escalate unresolved issues to support leads, designated service group or client help desk. Relocation: Up to €150 towards travel expenses for each candidate (candidate’s in Ireland are not eligible) 4 weeks accommodation in a 4 bedroom house in Brookfield Village (Please see info attached) We want to encourage the candidate to stay for the full 4 weeks as €200 will be deducted from their salary in months 2 & 3 (If the candidate does decide to leave the house before the end of the 4 weeks, then we will only deduct the amount they stayed. The cost is €100 per weeks A taxi will be organized to pick up each candidate that is staying in Brookfield every morning for the 1st week and bring them to Atos, the taxi WILL NOT bring them back to Brookfield in the evening, they will have to find their own way.
