Main Duties: - Provide quality IT Service and Support (Hardware – Software): • support analysis of Assets/Terminal user requirements • Troubleshoots various problems (equipment malfunction, software bugs or user errors) • Install and configure new releases of software and client version of production applications - Implement IT Polices and Procedures (ITIL): • publicize and educate the user about IT Policy • monitor the policy and ensure policy implementation • report policy violations - Procurement of IT consumables and Stock Control: • participate in Hardware Evaluation • defining systems specification - End Users training: • Participates in the training of users and computer operations personal on new systems. • Conduct awareness sessions for new comers

JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent • Understanding and Knowledge of specific hardware and software Work Experience • Min 5 years in Information Technology • At least 2 years experience in System/Business analysis requirement which includes identifying hardware, software and network support. • Breadth of Experience across Helpdesk, IT Landscape, information & solution Skills: • Ability to transform customer requirements into user and solution requirements • Facilitation experience for conducting requirements gathering and stakeholder agreement meetings • Systems Integration & testing • Change & Configuration management • Network support & planning • Hardware/Software Installation • Incident & Problem Management (Helpdesk center) • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, able to determine the approximate impact of each issue quickly to prioritize further work • Strong influencing skills and ability to positively and sensitively work with stakeholders • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) • Highly effective planning and prioritization skills • Drive and enthusiasm • Flexible • Self motivated • Promotes a positive and professional work environment with drive and enthusiasm • Passionate about selecting the right IT solution for Incident Management
