mgi recruitment are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to manage a Recruitment Team of 14+ Multilingual Recruiters within its Dublin HQ. This role is Solely focused on Managing the Recruitment Team with Business Development and Marketing managed Independently within mgi recruitment. With a Basic Salary of €50,000 this is an excellent opportunity for an Experienced Sales Manager looking to move into the Recruitment Industry. This is an extremely Fast Paced Environment and requires an Individual with excellent attention to detail why responding quickly to our Clients ever changing recruitment needs. START-DATE: ASAP – (May 2013) Location: Dublin 1, Ireland mgi recruitment have offices in Dublin and Berlin and specialize in the large-scale recruitment of multilingual professionals for internationally based contact centers Working closely with each of our clients, we pride ourselves on always finding the right candidate for the right position. Overview of Responsibilities: •Train, Manage and Motivate Recruitment Team on Daily Basis •Daily Review of Sales Pipelines with Recruiters • Prioritize and Manage Daily Focus of Recruiters (with regard to roles to work) • Ensure that Monthly Targets are reached • Liaise with Clients and Oversee Account Management • Perform Monthly reviews with each Recruiter • Liaises directly with the Marketing Team with regard to Client Marketing Campaigns • Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly and annual revenue streams. • Collaborates with our Operation Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all lines. Reporting Structure: •The Recruitment Team Manager will report directly to Operations Manager Initial Telephone Interviews are being conducted this week with Face to Face Interviews being Schedule for week of Tuesday May 7th.

Experience Required: •Min of 2 years Experienced of Managing a Sales Team (minimum 10 Sales Agent) •Experience in Account Management an advantage •Proven Experience of Problem Solving and Multi Tasking •Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information. •Near Native Written and Spoken English – a 2nd Europe Language an Advantage but Not Essential.
