- Active and Passive candidate Identification through a number of research methodologies - Market/Competitive intelligence gathering - Target and attract prospective candidates and screen, assess and qualify against the Role profiles - Deliver comprehensive long list and shortlist Candidate mapping reports for the Recruitment Advisors/Recruiters to review - Investigate, monitor and apply recent/on-going market trends regarding fresh innovative sourcing techniques


- Degree level qualification - HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite. Business research hands on would be a plus - 1-3 years in a similar position - Sourcing at high volumes, ideally have experience in talent pooling, sourcing via Social media channels and market mapping competitor functions - Advanced communication skills in English and in one of the languages: German, French, Swedish, Italian, Dutch, Polish
