SALES CONSULTING is a human resources company with national coverage on three main domains: recruitment, personnel leasing and assessment centers. Our client is the global leader in the furniture industry.


Responsibilities: - Confer with customers by telephone and interact with them, in order to capture their needs and look for solutions to answer their requests - Dispatch transactional processing activities to the back / front office team - Connect with company’s internal Teams (Finance, Quality, and Logistics) to fulfill the customer requests (specific logistics, pricing or products requirements) - Owns specific product knowledge to deliver advice or customer support - Advise customers on issues and possible alternatives - Owns market knowledge to create a strong customer relationship - Treat order amendment requests in SAP - Process order entry and general customer requests coming from E-mail, fax, EDI in SAP (check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ needs - Create, amend and maintain customer master data To succeed in this role, we need someone with the following profile: - Customer Service Skills: product knowledge, quality focus, problem solving, market knowledge, listening, phone skills, analyzing information - Knowledge of processes and organization of industry and logistics - Owns specific language skills for the market - English level- advanced - French / German / Italian / Russian / Polish / Hungarian / Czech would be a plus - IT skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook - Basic knowledge of SAP would be a plus - Share quality & general customer feedback to teams for improvement - Connect back with the customers about issues and improvement plans
