You will be part of an exciting project! You will manage a team of up to 8 FTE Process Executives who provide administrative support our insurance client. If you have a track record in team leadership/people skills, background in insurance or financial services and strive to achieve team targets we welcome your application. Our Requirements – you must have • People management/team leader experience • Insurance domain knowledge would be a strong advantage • Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) • Previous experience in process improvement, ability to drive changes • Ability to work under pressure and react quickly and accordingly • Strong organisational/analytical skills
