You will be responsible for: • Delivering technical support either verbally and through written communication, for the configuration and use of our client’s products. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to the configuration and/or use of our client’s Products. • Document solutions and track communications as required and defined within Contact Center processes. • Suggest improvements to or creation of new knowledgebase articles based on developing trends and resolved customer issues. Our client offers you £15,000 (€19000) + 10% bonus monthly, and a great benefit pack, which includes: • relocation assistance • medical insurance • gym membership discount • many more! There is no previous experience needed, and full continuous training will be paid for you. We only require fluent level of French, and a previous experience working in a call centre and knowledge of electronics or IT sector will be a benefit.
