Your profile: • Customer service experience (contact centre/call centre environment strongly preferred) • Fluency in Danish and English • Strong knowledge of the MS office • Strong communication and time management skills • Excellent customer focus and drive for results • Excellent customer service skills Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and you'll use your problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to guarantee quality service to customers around the globe. Working from our recently established centre in Munster, you'll manage queries and orders for a variety of international customers. Your responsibilities: • Efficiently managing customer queries and orders • Communicating effectively with customers • Processing orders to high standards of quality • Contributing to process improvements whenever possible
