Description • Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer experience around Client’s product lines. • Interact with Client’s customers through multiple channels simultaneously as part of a customer-facing role. • Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique relationship managed experience • Have a firm grasp on the Client ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms. • Understand and convey the positivity of Client’s corporate values to our customers. • Proven experience in sales and technology solutions, as well as in developing customer loyalty.

Key Qualifications • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills • Skilled at managing and maintaining relationships • Good at translating ‘techno-speak’ in to “layman's” terms • Proven demonstration skills • Proficient computer & keyboard skills • Typing speed of minimum 30 words per minute • “Gets” technology and ideally have hands-on knowledge of Client products, applications and services • Exhibit composure under pressure • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken Education • You naturally build, develop and maintain relationships with customers. • You understand customer services, love the Client brand and would enjoy showcasing how our products and solutions can be adapted by every customer both existing and new • You believe in providing an amazing, personalized experience to each and every customer • You enjoy interacting and communicating with people through chat, telephone and video. • You are a natural educator and feel comfortable helping customers set up their new product. • You’re passionate about Apple and eager to learn and embrace Client’s unique style of service. • Use your knowledge, passion and expertise to identify recommendations for our customers.
