German Customer Service Team Leader – Brno, Czech Republic – Full relocation In this job, you will manage the daily performance of a group of 15 - 20 Customer service Representatives, coordinating the day to day activities of the team while also maintaining a high morale within the team. Duties also include providing quality feedback to your team, acting as first point of contact for customer escalations and ensuring KPI’s are met. You will be working for an innovative, fast growing, multibillion IT company. Responsibilities: • Managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met • Setting, managing and achieving strategic goals for the team • Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures • Coaching, mentoring and developing team members • Providing operational support to team members • Handling client communication and escalations The company offers: • Relocation (Flights + Accommodation) • 10% quarterly bonus • Excellent career progression opportunities Location: Brno, Czech Republic Salary: Competitive + Relocation Start date: May/June 2012
