You will provide support to customers regarding queries related to the company’s products, mainly the new generation of smartphones. We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, highly motivated with ability to work under pressure by handling multiple assignments simultaneously as well as learning new skills and procedures. Daily tasks: • Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail and the web, providing customer/technical support • Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints • Analyze customer problems and formulate plans of resolution • Utilize all technical resources to solve customer problems • Assist in evaluating new services, processes and technologies introduced at the helpdesk • Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling inquiries, problems and complaints • Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values • Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies, customer service skills and procedures • Additional projects as required The company offers: • Full relocation (Flight and 2 months free accommodation) • 6 weeks paid training • 2 x yearly bonus system • Joining bonus of 1000 Euro • Meal vouchers, free language courses, canteen, sport and social club • Excellent career progression opportunities • Young, multinational working environment My Client is a leading global company currently looking for fluent German speakers
