•Maintaining and enhancing good business relationships with agents, consumers and suppliers through calls; •Providing assistance as requested to the Team Leader, Call Centre Manager or Operations Manager; •Maintaining a commitment to achieving the highest levels of customer call service; •Ensuring all tasks are dealt with according to procedure, including but not exclusive to declined cards, awaiting acknowledgements, kick outs, supplier queries; •Ensuring all potential losses on bookings are authorised by the call centre manager before any offer is made to the client; •Answering all incoming calls as quickly as possible; •Ensuring all calls and emails that you have dealt with are seen through to conclusion.

Cerinte

•German– advanced level; •English – advanced level; •Superior studies represent an advantage; •Ability to find solutions in short time and managing problems or requirements from all types of clients.
