Role To provide customer service and technical support to customers on smart phones, tablets and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries, log calls from customers onto contact management system and follow escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues. Requirements: •Written and verbal fluency in support language (German) •English language on sufficient level to understand all training materials in English in both written and verbal format •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Analytical skills, ability to identify solutions •Organizational and multitasking skills •Willingness to work in a contact center environment including working in multiple shifts
