Your Mission; My client supports a big company in the area of mobile communication Website. Your tasks will involve German speaking customer service on the phone and per Email in various areas. Your qualifications: •Fluent level of spoken and written German •Good level of English, French, Italian or Swiss German is an advantage; •Contact Center experience is a plus; •Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications; •excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in German; •Flexible in relation to working shift work
