Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for assigned products • Work with more senior personnel or the Escalation Management Team Technical Group Team effectively on more complex technical issues, in order to provide regular updates and a timely resolution to the customer • Leverage the internal and external Help Center for prompt and accurate resolution of basic technical issues.
