Client: Our client is situated in Dundalk since 1987. They are a Guaranteed Irish Company, with a work force in excess of 160. The client provide business and professional people with imprinted pens, pencils and other speciality items for their office and advertising needs. Business is generated by using a combination of Direct Mail Marketing and Telemarketing / Inside Sales and our product needs are serviced by an on-site manufacturing facility. Description: • Phoning German customers from existing customer database and generating increased sales • Manage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets • Calling German customers from existing mail orders received • Strengthen existing National Pen relationship with its high-value German customers • Participation in product projects when required

Skills/Attributes/Requirements: • Minimum of 6 months experience in German Telesales or Call Center • Skilled negotiator • Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure • An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills • Self-motivated and goal oriented • Strong customer service and the desire to be successful exceed targets and integrate into a team-based organisation • Be a good team player • Fluent in German • Ability to speak & understand English Benefits: €21,000 basic per annum plus sales commission of €100 - €500 per week (depending on targets reached) = €30,000 - €35,000 OTE uncapped commission depending on targets reached. • Paid Holidays • Parking • Relocation package = will reimburse travel costs outside Ireland of up to a maximum of €150.00 plus 4 nights’ accommodation (2 nights if inside Ireland already) • Bonus • Vouchers • Staff discount • Sports & Social Club • VHI (after 6 month) To Apply:juliusl[at]mgirecruitment.com
