The client: Our Client is a multilingual Business Process Outsourcing provider delivering customer contact solutions on behalf of 300 companies and organisations, ranging from local enterprises to multinational corporations, including leading international blue chip companies. The role – Your role is to support the clients tools by gathering information, translating and if possible troubleshooting & resolving issues. You will need some technical understanding with excellent customer service/client facing experience. You will need to be a team player with ability to multitask and prioritise. Responsibility:- • Provide language support and translations for European customers • Provide low level technical support for assigned products/tasks. • Work with more senior personnel or the Escalation Management Team effectively on more complex technical issues, in order to provide regular updates and a timely resolution to the customer. Ensure that information about any solution that was not easily found in the Help Center is passed on appropriately. • Leverage the internal and external Help Center for prompt and accurate resolution of basic technical issues. • Escalate customer issues via established escalation processes Benefits:- • Full Paid Training provided • Competitive salary-25K per annum • Relocation assistance • International work environment • Several other benefits

Your Profile: • Fluency in German and English • Experience of working in a client-facing customer support (help desk, call center) environment. • Proven trouble shooting skills, a team player with an understanding of process • Right attitude and ability to learn on the job
