We are Looking for German speaker with good communicative, team player, good interpersonal skills, energetic, customer oriented. Our client is Global Service operating in German. Principal Accountabilities: - Deliver targeted sales, win market share and maintain profitable growth across defined set of accounts within an area - Determine the corporate account plan by account in conjunction with sales and marketing leaders, in line with the core PF proposition - Establish the activity plans by region and by customer to ensure delivery of the agreed strategy and optimal value extraction, in conjunction with the sales leadership - Build relationships with purchase, technical and strategic contacts at the customer, understanding, assessing and penetrating current business and focusing on new business opportunities and contacts within the account base as well as new prospective opportunities. - Partner with local & central quotes team to quote, negotiate and win new orders , contracts and tenders - Proposition and solution selling through multi-channel approach primarily through e-commerce channels by demonstrating features & benefits - Present new product and customer incentive initiatives to drive profitable revenue in the core proposition areas - Collaboration with Marketing to drive customer loyalty; and central functions to deliver on customer promise - Successfully close leads and opportunities including corporate customer and supplier sales initiatives. Skills, Know How and experience: - Recognized relevant qualification in Business and/or electronics engineering - Demonstrable sales experience and successful in selling to and growing wide range of customers from SME to corporate - Electronic industry and product knowledge – may include experience working with manufacturers &/or product design houses is an advantage - Business Acumen – understands business implications of decisions; sales & profit and strategic goals - Negotiating and influencing; win-win solutions - Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening - Results driven - Agility to adapt to changing market conditions - Self starter, able to work independently - Experience in consultative sales techniques - Presentation skills - Planning and preparation skills
