1. Carry out all duties as directed by the Catering Services Manager 2. To produce all invoices accurately, as required. These must include all charges from the payment period and recovery of debts efficiently. 3. Run a separate shadow ration account for each DFAC and report any anomalies. 4. Provide clerical assistance when required to the catering operation in general. 5. Maintain up to date documentation both computerised and manual. 6. Assist the Catering Head Chef / Kitchen Chef as directed 7. Attend all staff meetings as directed. 8. Undertake any other reasonable task as directed 9. Continue to develop one’s own skills and knowledge within the position. 10. Promote the Company business and seek value added opportunities. 11. Continue to develop one’s own skills and knowledge within the position. 12. Manage all staff in a sound, fair and logical manner ensuring the good name of the KBR is upheld. 13. Communication of information to relevant client personnel within your designated theatre area. 3. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB 1. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and have a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate / Or equivalent to country of origin 2. To be able to have an excellent understanding of the English language (Verbal and written) 3. IT Skills: a. Microsoft Word – Good b. Microsoft Excel – Good 4. Be highly motivated, strong, confident and articulate. Have good people skills and be a sound communicator.
