Our client is a global transportation company. For this position the company offers full training on HR, previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities: - Deal with all incoming HR service requests from Managers, Employees and HR Business Partners in our European business operations - Update records, create documents and escalate non standard requests to specialist teams for action - Incoming service requests as possible to meet the business needs and ensure that the SSO meets its Service Level Agreements - Assist customers who are unclear about the nature of their request - Provide complete information or request services outside the scope of the HR operation


- Good general business understanding and customer service or HR knowledge Excellent time management and organizational ability - Experience of large scale systems or database maintenance - Experience with systems supporting training, staffing, compensation and payroll would be an advantage - Education required: Degree level qualification, HR qualifications an advantage, but not prerequisite - Fluent speaking, reading and writing skills in English language - Good level of Dutch, at least intermediate knowledge
