Key Responsibilities: *Successfully maintain the employee database, ensuring all personal files are up to date and accurate. *Make sure all starter / leaver admin is handled in a timely and confidential manner. *Work closely with the Graduate team to ensure an a list of high-quality candidates are available as and when a new vacancy is posted. *Assist the HR officer to come up with new and innovative talent attraction methods. *Assist the HR officer in the identification and delivery of training programmes. *Advise employees on benefit queries *Advise on maternity and paternity entitlements *Advise on ER issues and collate details to be passed onto senior staff where apt. *Provide the L&D Manager with assistance in the delivery of L&D activity for the business. To be successful in this demanding role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who can build and maintain good working relationships at all levels across the business. You should be able to work to tight deadlines well and have a keen awareness for detail. Excellent organisation skills are very important as well, you should be able to capably prioritise your workload.
