Our client is a multinational corporation present on 4 continents, being one of the most important suppliers of the automotive industry. Responsibilities: - Providing consultancy and management on HR processes and procedures consistent with employee standards, legislation, guidelines and company-wide goals and objectives; - Identifying, reviewing, and advising on tasks related to recruitment and selection process and employment strategies to meet requirements; - Formulates and implement HR strategies in order to improve the personnel in organizational effectiveness; - HR Audit and benchmarking to evaluate plant status to identify and define any permissible exceptions from the standard; - Collaborate with local and central HR department staff in ensuring the effective high quality delivery of the human resources service;
Requirements: - University Degree – Economic, Business Administration or Psychology; - At least 5 years experience in a similar position (in a production company is a plus); - Very good knowledge of English (German, French and Hungarian represents an advantage); - Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office); - Stress resistant and capacity to work with strict deadlines; - Strong level of influence and negotiation skills; - Availability to travel more than 80 % of the time in Romania and abroad.
