Job description: Take part in contract and payroll management supporting HR Manager in application of local law and in definition of needs of employees. Support in setting, optimization and implementation of recruitment, development, training and compensation policies and plans consistent with the objectives of the Group. This offer is directed to candidates interested in making their work experience ABROAD in Middle East, Far East, Africa (Nigeria, Angola), Baltic Area (Kazakhstan). HR specialists will be trained through a special program, which will include also on the job training worldwide. We are looking for motivated and ambitious young candidates who are interested in a long term experience with an important oil&gas multinational company.
Profile of candidates Age: Max 20-24 years old Degree: High School preferable; also University degree in HR management is accepted Experience: fresh graduate or max. 2-3 years work experience in HR management (preferable but not mandatory experience in oil and gas) Technical knowledge: fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, fluent in English Soft skills: initiative, resistance to stress, curiosity, proactive, able to work in team and result oriented Availability to work worldwide in a multicultural environment
