NST Baltija is looking for a Head Chef with experience in large and small kitchens to work in a steak house in Norway. The location has a flexible number of cooks (chefs) depending on period of week from 2 - 3 up to 4 - 5 in one shift. The selected candidate will: - manage all day task in kitchen. - manage Hygiene rules application and check that all standards in this area are applied. - manage the cooks (chef) that work as extra in the full period of the restaurant - manage buying of staff for production, stock, cost per portion, etc. The selected candidate must have relevant experience of 2 - 4 years in managing kitchen as chef. The selected candidate must have very good knowledge of English and also must be able to manage a team of personal in kitchen that is working as temporary personal and has different back ground.
The working schedule is by rotation and the candidate will work for 6 weeks in Norway and 2 weeks he / she will be in Romania in holiday. The normal working hour per week it will be of 53 - 54 hours per week. The salary per week it is of 470 - 490 euro (net) and it will be covered transportation to and back from Norway and accommodation in Norway in a work flat. We do not ask for a commission.
