Responsabilities: - Methodologically and conceptually coordinating the procurement activity; - Preparing of short and long term strategy based on analysis of purchase activities; - Leading and coordinating the tendering procedure as a head of evaluation committe; - Preparing the contract drafts, in particular commercial conditions collecting and considering the comments from other related units, checking the fulfilment of contractual conditions in contract; - Monitoring the market trend and preparing analyses from the commercial and technical point of view; - Working out the risk and market analysis in order to reduce the probability of risk event and to increase the efficiency of procurement sub-processes; - Maintaining the supplier database: performing SAP procurement-related tasks;


Requirements: - 3 - 5 years experience in procurement with good knowledge of investment procurement; - Legal/real estate market knowledge; - Communication skills, ability to develop credibility with staff and suppliers; - Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively; - SAP/ERP knowledge;
