Job Title: Experienced Legal Advisor specialized in Contract Management with Italian Job Summary: Manage a variety of government, international, and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Also, he/she will provide on-site advice to company’s business units and project teams on contract and policy compliance matters. Strong business and organizational skills are required, as is the ability to multi-task. Key Responsibilities: • Responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions; • Identification of risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to the best solution; • Review and management of contractual obligations of the parties and provision of continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met; • Preparation and dissemination of information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc; • Management of daily workload of assigned Service Center personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the Service Center function; • Acts as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and C & CM, assisting in ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly; • Acting as liaison between company and clients/vendors; • Responsible for ensuring that where Contract Management is deployed, contract compliance is maintained and issues resolved. If the contract is not complied with or issues are not resolved they must be promptly escalated to the executive director. • Responsible for assigned Service Center, project or business personnel adhering to company policies and procedures; • Responsible for informing the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance; • Development and integration of contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement; • May provide training to Global and/or Regional Service Center personnel. • Assists in the marketing of the Service Centre function within C&CM and to the business units


Qualifications: • Education: College degree required; advanced degree in contract management and law. • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years in contract management/procurement/legal/finance field and applicable industry experience • Work Requirements: Travel within geography Knowledge and Skill Requirements • Comprehensive knowledge of general corporate business practices, government and commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and accounting and finance principles • Ability to apply sound business judgment and set priorities • Strong communication skills • Able to resolve contracts and pricing issues • Able to advise and interact with all levels of management • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical and mathematical skills • Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills • Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
