Position: Construction Logistic & Administrator Coordinator MISSION ALC is appointed for major projects or in case the logistic organization requires a senior officer like the case where a camp is built or there are difficult environmental and security situations. He reports to the Site Manager and avail of one or more ALA in accordance with the demands of the Site. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * To prepare routine estimates of local expenses in Site; * To keep Field Cash and daybook; * To co-ordinate the organization of Site logistics and camp, if any; * To assist arriving and departing personnel, including those of suppliers and licensers (tickets, bookings, passport, visas and transport); * To make minor local purchases for Site needs; * To ensure the management and co-ordination of vehicles and personnel transport systems; * To prepare personnel time sheet cards and send the same to Head Office; * The Administration & Logistics Assistant is the direct interface with COLOG personnel in performing their tasks.
STUDIES * Minimum Secondary school degree, preferentially scientific disciplines; * Complementary University graduation technological and science discipline. LANGUAGE * English commercial level is mandatory; * Italian Optimal; * Other languages complementary. COMPUTER * Windows applications knowledge - good level.
