Soft FM MAC Site Supervisor The Soft FM MAC Service Lead is responsible for the management and delivery of all Soft FM MAC services on site as directed by the Site Supervisor. He reports to the Soft FM MAC Site Supervisor / Deputy Primary Role: This post will be responsible for: • Support the Site Supervisor and assume responsibility for the contract delivery • All HSE across the SFM / Area of responsibility • All SFM QA compliance when delivering RLS 3. Duties The principal duties of the Service Lead will be the management and operational delivery of all Soft FM MAC support services across the area of responsibility as directed by the Site supervisor. • Provide day to day management of all aspects of service delivery • Investigate faults and problems and advise on Soft FM MAC service delivery and related matters • Provide a 24/7 Customer Focal Point service to mange the operational needs of the Client. • Maintain a close relationship with the client through regular meetings • Prepare and provide routine and ad hoc Service Delivery reports as required. • Participate in the Management of Health and Safety; in particular undertake regular inspections of area of responsibility and sub-contractors if requited to do so. 4. Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required To Do The Job • To be able to have an excellent understanding of the English language (Verbal and written) • IT Skills:  Microsoft Word – Good  Microsoft Excel - Good • Have a minimum of 2 years in a Service Delivery environment • Be able to work long and sometimes unsociable hours • Have an understanding of Client / Contractor relationship • Be able to communicate to the Client / Customer • Be focused on delivering an excellent service • Be of smart appearance at all time • Able to supervise a multi national work-force • Excellent time keeping
