Reporting to the Chief IT advisor, the Manager IT Shared Services Centre shall be responsible for the following : • To manage the operations of Application Services Division providing end to end software development activities for internal business units. • To manage the operations of Infrastructure Services Division providing the required IT infrastructure as services to support the various Business Unit’s IT operations. • To manage the IT service desk operations ensuring the IT services are consistently operational and all incidents and problems are addressed as per ITIL service management practices • Establish Shared Services Level agreements with stakeholders and ensure IT services deliveries are up to the satisfaction of the stakeholders. • To take part in IT Strategic Planning activities and provide input into the formalization of general IT governance policies and procedures related to the IT Share Services Centre. • To provide directions and guidance for general administrative and supervisory activities related to IT Shared Services Centre.
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master Degree or Doctoral Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent work experience. Required to have 10 to 15 years of IT work experience in multiple IT areas and 5 to 7 years of managing Shared IT Service delivery .ITIL Service manager , PMP certifications preferred
