Key Responsibilities: •Provide world class customer service and offer solutions to our guests during and after their travels •Communicate effectively with our customers and suppliers via our primary communication channels •Inbound / Outbound •Chat •Email •Share a positive attitude with fellow colleagues, up and down the organizational chart •Have the ability to work within a shift based working schedule •Be willing to solicit feedback from your peers as well as remain open to performance based reviews from your supervisors •Be a quick learner with attention to detail

Requirements: •Fluency in Mandarin, English & Thai (not required but preferable) •A willingness to learn about the travel industry •While we prefer a candidate with a degree, it’s not a requirement. Just be a good communicator •You must be able to type approximately 35 words per minute (Mandarin and English) •Internet savvy •Fresh graduates are welcome •Flexible to accommodate shift work, this includes working on weekends, Must be able to do shift work (morning shift : 7am - 4pm, afternoon shift: 2pm - 11pm)
