• Directs and manages activities of personnel engaged in purchasing, material movement, internal logistics operations and customer services for manufacturing facility. • Prepares instructions regarding material systems and procedures. • Directs and manages purchase price variance, freight issues, MRB material and supplier performance. • Monitors past due orders for supplier or system issues. Resolves disputes with suppliers. • Assure Kanban processes. • Ensures continuity of material supply to manufacturing facility. • Prepares reports, analyze data and monitors results of the production process. • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material related indicators, reviewing production schedules, estimating future requirements. • Conduct implementation of a lean manufacturing system with the goal of making business more efficient and effective.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering. • Experience in managing material stocks. • Knowledge of legal documents involved in merchandise management processes. • Relevant experiences with Lean production, Six Sigma, Kanban are an advantage. • Good communication, problem solving and results driving skills. • Proactive, sociable and responsible person. • Very good English level.
