Job description: • Usage of MS Office • Create, save, open and cancel Word/ Excel documents • Add and delete information in Word/ Excel documents • Create, send, open and reply to emails via MSOutlook • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly • Basic understanding in English required (if not supported language) • Ability to approach problems logically • Typing skills • Strong customer service focus • Ability to empathize with the customer • Prioritizing customer needs • Good understanding of e-mail/chat etiquette: Customer XP eTalk
